One group of staff are people who grew up here. Actually, we don't have the policy that promotes children who live and study with us to work here because we may not be able to give them enough wages. However, we have children who cannot work outside work with us. The other group comprises teachers of handicrafts and occupations and the support staff who are responsible for food and who manage things in the house. There are 10 people in this group: 4 teachers and 6 support staff who work in 2 shifts.
